Presets and Copy To are some of our experts’ favorite gems. They’ll save you time and level up your workflows. In this course, you’ll discover how to build and implement these tools.


Presets are pre-made settings that can be used to instantly configure records like call settings, queues, Smart Routers, voice menus, schedules, triggers, Smart Dialers, and tracking sources within your account.

There are two types of presets: System and Agency.

While the system presets are available to all CTM users, agency presets can only be created by Agency administrators and used within their agency.

Think of a preset as a template.
