The Activities tab features two sections: the Activity Logs, and Contacts.
All activities are logged in the activity logs and can be segmented by phone calls, text messages, forms, and chats. You can further customize your views to create combined activity views with the filter.
The contact section is where you can add contacts and create contact lists. Contact lists allow you to create and maintain lists of contacts within your CallTrackingMetrics account. Lists can be used to quickly add recipients for bulk text messaging and can be automatically updated using triggers. When intelligently routing calls with a smart router, you can use lists to create unique routes for members of a specific list.
You can edit and add to the blocked numbers list, Do Not Call List, and Do Not Text List.
